It all started when…

We woke up on the morning of November 9th, 2016 - the day after the election.

Perhaps our greatest fears were realized, that for all the progress women have made, we still didn't have a seat at the one table that really mattered. We vowed to take action. As the idea for MOTIVE took shape, we recognized a need to support progressive women candidates earlier in their races and the "Adopt A Candidate" program was created.

We offer first time candidates the opportunity to work alongside experienced media and marketing professionals without the big ticket agency costs that start up insurgent candidates can't afford.
